CAITLIN LARCOMBE
MSc Physiotherapy, BSc (Hons) Applied Sports Science. MCSP HCPC Reg.
Caitlin Larcombe (Cait) is a Physiotherapist and Nutritionist passionate about helping people live better, feel stronger, and support long-term health. She earned a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Southampton. Her career began within a specialist musculoskeletal team.
Driven by an interest in holistic care, Cait went on to complete an MSc in Applied Human Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University. This enables her to work as both an independent nutritionist and physiotherapist, integrating the two disciplines to create personalised treatment plans that fit around real life.
Alongside her work at Sarum Physiotherapy, Cait is a Senior MSK Physiotherapist in the NHS. She has particular interests in women’s health, hand rehabilitation, and equine sport.
Cait also supports the Team GB Para Carriage Driving Squad as their physiotherapist and nutritionist at national and international competitions.
Outside of the clinic, Cait enjoys horse riding, running, and Pilates — and when she’s not being active, she can usually be found with her nose in a good book.
Cait is available for physiotherapy and nutrition appointments on Wednesday evenings.
