CALLY MORFITT
Sports Rehabilitator, BSc (Hons) GSR
Cally Morfitt has worked for several years in a number of Primary Care Facilities and Regional Rehabilitation Units for the Ministry of Defence. Treating injuries sustained through combat, sport and day-to-day activities and for thousands of military personnel. Plus, she has been the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Fordingbridge Rugby Club providing preseason training and advice for many years.
She was instrumental in the establishment of a new Crossfit facility in North Hampshire where she developed and executed a successful mobility and wellness programme for its members. As a CrossFit L1 Trainer, she continues to provide coaching in other Crossfit establishments.
To complement her degree, Cally has continued to develop her capabilities by undertaking qualifications in Dry Needling, Nordic Walking Instructor, Mountain Bike Leader, Aqua Aerobics Instructor, BACPR Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist and, is currently working towards Level 3 accreditation with the UK Strength and Conditioning Association.
Cally enjoys pushing herself to her limits in a variety of activities such as; mountain biking, body boarding, snowboarding and Crossfit. By experiencing the effects on the body, she has a great affinity for understanding how the body works and what we expect our bodies to endure under the stresses of many activities.
