Stretching exercises at gym

It’s important to know your body and all it’s limitations. You may have an old injury and need to avoid certain movements, or keep to low impact, or perhaps have some specific exercises before you start your day. If you are in any doubt, speak to your GPO or have a physio assessment so you are confident that your body is up to the challenge and any niggles are looked at first.

Keep focusing on your fitness regime throughout your life, as we age we all lose flexibility, therefore needing more time to limber up, stretch and mobilise regularly, therefore reducing impact becomes increasingly important.
