What is ‘self-care’ and how to love yourself
Self-care is the actions you take for yourself to protect and maintain your health and well-being. These are daily, weekly, or monthly activities. And can be as simple as a moment to reflect before you start your day or a long soak in the bath.
You may have decided that more than a ‘time-out’ is needed, and you’re going to improve your fitness level or diet.
